About SCSE

      Students and Employees Service Centre (hereinafter referred to as the Center) is a structural subdivision of academician E. A. Buketov Karaganda University. In its work, the Center is guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About State Services", the orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Kazakhstan on approval of the public services standards rendered in the sphere of higher and postgraduate education, normative legal acts in the field of education and internal regulations of E. A. Buketov Karaganda University. The Center renders various kinds of public services.
      The competence of the Center includes the issuance of various types of certificates, references and statements:
- transcripts;
- certificate confirming the fact of the student's education in the university, including certificates for the State Center for Pension Payment;
- certificate to the military enlistment office;
- certificate to Embassies;
- scholarship statement;
- education fee statement;
- certificates to students of the Faculty of Additional Education;
- employment confirmation letter.
